Game IQ data and deletion requests
Game IQ: Baseball & Softball is published by Peak Download LLC. The current app does not create user accounts.
No Game IQ account is required
The current version of Game IQ does not provide sign-up or sign-in and does not create a Game IQ account. It therefore has no in-app account-deletion control.
Data stored by the app
Game IQ stores learning progress and preferences locally on your device. This includes onboarding status, lesson and Baseball Book progress, practice answers and attempts, XP, filters, and the sound-effects preference. The current app does not sync this progress to a Peak Download cloud account.
Remove local Game IQ data
Use your device settings to clear Game IQ’s app storage, where that option is available, or delete the app from the device. On platforms that distinguish between offloading and deleting an app, choose the option that deletes the app and its data. These steps remove Game IQ’s locally stored progress and preferences from that device. Device or store backups are controlled through your Apple or Google account settings.
Request deletion from Peak Download
Because Game IQ does not currently maintain user accounts or cloud-backed learning progress, Peak Download normally has no account or remote progress record to delete. If you have contacted support, submitted a privacy request, or believe Peak Download holds other information about you or your child, email privacy@peakdownload.com with the subject “Game IQ Data Deletion Request.” Identify the app as Game IQ: Baseball & Softball and describe the information involved. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. We may need to verify the request before deleting data that Peak Download controls.
App-store records
Game IQ does not currently maintain its own purchase or transaction database. Apple App Store and Google Play download, purchase, refund, and transaction records are controlled by the applicable platform. Removing local Game IQ data or making a request to Peak Download does not delete records held by Apple or Google; manage those records and requests through the applicable store account or platform support.
