Delete your HomeOps account and data
HomeOps is published by Peak Download LLC. You can delete your account in the app or request help without installing the app.
Delete your account in HomeOps
- Open HomeOps and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account, select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
HomeOps sends an authenticated deletion request and reports whether the cleanup completed. If the app reports that deletion is incomplete, try again while you can still sign in. If the problem continues, contact us using the instructions below.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@peakdownload.com with the subject “HomeOps Account Deletion Request.” If possible, send the request from the email address associated with your HomeOps account and identify the app as HomeOps. Do not send your password or copies of private home documents. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What HomeOps deletes
When deletion completes, HomeOps deletes:
- Your HomeOps sign-in and Firebase Authentication identity.
- Your HomeOps user record.
- Homes you own, including their systems and components, maintenance tasks and completion history, records, document metadata, and other nested HomeOps data.
- Uploaded documents, photos, and other stored files associated with homes you own, when those files can be safely matched to your account.
- Your membership records in shared homes that you do not own.
Shared homes and support-assisted deletion
If you are a member of a home owned by someone else, deleting your account removes your membership; it does not delete that shared home or the owner’s data. If a home you own still has other members, automatic in-app deletion stops so their access and shared data are not removed without review. Contact us for support-assisted deletion.
Support assistance is also required for unusually large accounts or historical files that cannot be safely matched to one account or home. HomeOps keeps your authentication identity until storage and database cleanup succeeds so an incomplete deletion can be retried.
Data that is not deleted automatically
Deleting HomeOps does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription changes must be made through the store where the purchase was made. App-store and RevenueCat purchase and entitlement records are retained for purchase history and restoration and for applicable financial, fraud-prevention, and platform-compliance obligations.
Processing time
The in-app process begins when you confirm the request, but HomeOps does not promise a fixed completion time. Requests that require identity verification, shared-home review, or support-assisted cleanup take longer. We will not describe an account as fully deleted if the service reports only partial cleanup.
