This policy describes how Peak Download LLC handles information for HomeOps, a home systems, maintenance, records, and planning product.

• Home, system, appliance, maintenance, reminder, note, and record information entered by the user.
• Documents or images the user chooses to attach, where supported.
• Subscription or entitlement status handled through the applicable app store.
• Usage information about how you interact with HomeOps features (for example, which setup steps you complete, when tasks are marked done, or when a document is added), associated with a persistent, anonymous identifier tied to your device rather than your name or email, used to improve reliability and understand how the app is used.

HomeOps is a mobile app and does not use browser cookies. The usage information above is collected through analytics tools built into the app itself.

How we use information

We use information to operate HomeOps, provide support, improve reliability, and respond to requests.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use app data for third-party advertising resale.
• We do not collect more information than is reasonably needed for product operation and support.

Retention and deletion
