HomeOps is a homeowner organization and maintenance app published by Peak Download LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use HomeOps.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
Information we collect
Account information
- Email address
- Authentication and account records needed to let you sign in and use the app
Information you add to HomeOps
- Home systems and appliance records
- Maintenance entries and related home information you choose to enter
- Documents, images, manuals, receipts, warranties, and service records you upload
Subscription information
- Subscription and entitlement status related to HomeOps Pro
- Purchase history information required to validate purchases, restore access, and manage premium features
Usage and technical information
We may collect limited technical and product-interaction information needed to operate, secure, and improve the app. If analytics are enabled in the current version of HomeOps, that information may include feature usage and interaction events.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account
- To provide HomeOps features, including tracking, maintenance reminders, record storage, and premium feature access
- To validate subscriptions, restore purchases, and support HomeOps Pro entitlements
- To secure the app, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate HomeOps, such as providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, and subscription infrastructure. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services.
We may also disclose information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our terms, or protect the security and integrity of the service.
Subscriptions and billing
HomeOps Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment card information.
Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Apple account. Deleting your HomeOps account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the app, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
You can initiate account deletion from within the app. When you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to remove or de-identify account information and associated app data, subject to technical, legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.
Your choices
- You may update certain information in the app at any time.
- You may contact us if you need help accessing, correcting, or deleting your information.
- You may cancel HomeOps Pro through Apple’s subscription settings.
Children’s privacy
HomeOps is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
