Delete your LeagueCast account and data

Method 1 — Delete your account in the LeagueCast app

The exact path depends on whether you've already created or joined a league:

Before creating or joining a league:

1. Open LeagueCast and sign in.
2. On the entry screen, tap Account.
3. On the Account & Privacy screen, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete Account again in the confirmation prompt.

After creating or joining a league:

1. Open LeagueCast and sign in.
2. Open the Settings tab.
3. Tap Account & Privacy.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm by tapping Delete Account again in the confirmation prompt.

Method 2 — Request deletion without the app

You do not need LeagueCast installed to request account deletion. Email privacy@peakdownload.com with the subject line "LeagueCast Account Deletion Request."

• If possible, send the request from the email address associated with your LeagueCast account.
• Include enough information for us to identify your account (for example, the name, email address, or league(s) associated with it).
• Peak Download may take reasonable steps to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
• Never send us your password. We will never ask for it, and you should never include it in an email.

What is deleted

Subject to applicable law, confirming account deletion removes or disables:

• your ability to sign in to the deleted account;
• your account profile information;
• your active membership in any leagues, seasons, and teams;
• active captain access tied to your account;
• purchase-intent or purchaser references tied to your account, where applicable; and
• the authenticated-account link to any player record you had claimed as yourself.

LeagueCast does not report an account-deletion request as completed unless the required deletion operations above have completed successfully. If something prevents that on a given attempt, the request remains valid rather than lost, and can be completed on a later attempt. We do not commit to a fixed completion time, and a request submitted by email may take longer while we verify it.

What may be retained

LeagueCast is a shared league-record system used by every participant in a league, not a single-user app. Deleting your account does not necessarily delete or recalculate:

• a participant's historical display name;
• league and season history;
• team and roster history;
• schedules;
• completed games and matches;
• scores and results;
• standings;
• statistics and records; or
• player performance history.

These records may remain because they are part of the shared competition history that other league participants continue to rely on — not because they belong solely to the deleted account. Where a deleted account had claimed a player record as itself, the authenticated-account association is removed from that historical player record; the historical player identity, its display name, and its associated sporting record are not deleted, and are not treated as anonymous.

Peak Download may also retain limited information reasonably necessary to process and document deletion requests, protect the security and integrity of the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain administrative and audit history, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable law. We do not promise a fixed retention period for this information, and we do not retain it indefinitely by default.

Concerned about historical information?

If you're concerned about personal information appearing in a league's retained historical records — for example, a display name associated with a player record — contact privacy@peakdownload.com. We do not promise automatic removal of historical league information. Peak Download will evaluate such requests based on applicable law, the nature of the information, our legitimate interest in maintaining accurate shared league records, and the rights and interests of other affected participants.
